1️⃣ Accessing the Realize-365 Sandbox

The Sandbox Environment is a safe space where you can test Realize-365 without affecting live data. Follow these steps to log in and start testing.

How to Log In

1. Go to the Realize-365 Sandbox login page: https://trial.realize-365.com
2. Enter your username & password (provided in your welcome email). If are not a Beta tester, but would like to be one, please talk to us about getting credentials.
3. Click “Log In” to access the platform.

Sandbox Restrictions

✅ You can test uploading documents, data extraction, and summaries.
❌ Some features (e.g., downloading Word documents) may be disabled.
📄 Document processing is limited - contact the Realize-365 team for details on what your page limit is.

👉 Always log out after testing by clicking your profile icon > "Log Out"

2️⃣ Navigating the Dashboard

Once logged in, you’ll see the Realize-365 Dashboard, your control center for managing cases, documents, and AI-generated insights.

Key Sections of the Dashboard:

Top Navigation Bar – Account settings, notifications, and profile options
Side Navigation Panel – Quick access to:

• Dashboard: Displays case statistics and key metrics for a quick overview. (This Feature Not Available for Sandbox)
• Cases: Create and manage cases
  • Documents – Upload and process files
  • Summaries – View AI-generated reports
• Knowledge Base: A resource library containing guides, FAQs, and relevant documents for quick reference. (This Feature Not Available for Sandbox)
  

3️⃣ Creating & Managing Cases

The Cases section is where you organize and manage medical document reviews.

How to Create a New Case

1. Click "Add New Case" on the Dashboard.
2. Fill in the required fields (e.g., Case Name, Description).
3. Select a Case Type:

• Personal Injury – Uses templates specific to personal injury cases
• Mass Tort – Displays templates for mass tort cases

📌 Once created, you can upload documents and generate AI summaries within each case.

4️⃣ Uploading & Processing Documents

You can upload medical documents into Realize-365, and the AI will automatically extract and analyze key information.

How to Upload Documents

1. Go to the Cases section and open a case.
2. Click "Upload Document" and drag & drop files or select them from your computer.
3. The AI will begin processing the files immediately.

📌 Processing time will depend on the amount of pages you need to upload for each case.

5️⃣ Generating AI-Powered Summaries

After processing, Realize-365 generates structured summaries such as:

✅ Detailed Analysis
✅ Extracted Data Points

Where to Find Your Summary

1. Open a case and go to the Summary Tab.
2. Click “Generate Summary” once processing is complete.
3. Download your summary in PDF, Word, or CSV format.

📌 Tip: AI summaries can be edited for accuracy before exporting.

6️⃣ Using Redaction & Highlighting Tools

Realize-365 includes document analysis tools that allow you to highlight key terms and redact sensitive information.

Redacting Information

1. Open a processed document.
2. Click "Redaction Tool" and select the text you want to remove.
3. Click "Proceed to Redact" to finalize the changes.

Highlighting Key Information

1. Open a document and select "Highlight Tool".
2. Choose specific keywords to highlight.
3. Select a color-coded highlight for different terms.
4. Click "Proceed to Highlight" to apply.

📌 Note: Preview changes before applying redactions or highlights permanently.

7️⃣ The PDF Health Score & Optimization

To improve document processing speed and accuracy, Realize-365 assigns a PDF Health Score based on document clarity and structure.

📌 Tip: If your document has a low score, try scanning at a higher resolution or improving brightness/contrast before uploading.

When you're finished testing, log out to protect your access:
